Owner
As the founder of Rutledge Jewellers, Scott brings over 50 years of experience and passion to the world of fine jewellery. After training in Markham and earning his Gemmological Degree in the U.S., Scott returned home to open Rutledge Jewellers in Uxbridge. Through decades of change in the industry, Scott’s commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and personalized service has remained the cornerstone of everything we do. “We have seen the jewellery business changing in the last forty years. However, one aspect has remained the same for Rutledge Jewellers: dedication to quality and service.”
Marissa
VP, Operations & Master Goldsmith
Marissa was practically raised at the jeweller’s bench. Growing up in her family’s jewellery shop, she developed a lifelong love for goldsmithing, which she now carries forward as Rutledge Jewellers’ VP of Operations and Master Goldsmith. Her leadership and expertise uphold our tradition of excellence with every piece she crafts.
Ryan
Gemmologist & Appraiser & Goldsmith
Jewellery runs in Ryan’s blood. As a third-generation jeweller, Ryan brings both heritage and a fresh perspective to his role as Gemmologist and Appraiser. With over seven years at Rutledge Jewellers, his expertise in rare coloured stones and fine timepieces has made him a go-to for customers seeking something truly extraordinary.

Master Goldsmith
Originally from Ukraine, Yurii brings over 40 years of masterful craftsmanship to Rutledge Jewellers as a Master Goldsmith and Diamond Setter. Now proud to call Uxbridge home, Yurii’s precision, artistry, and attention to the smallest detail make him an invaluable member of our team.

Born and raised in Uxbridge, Phil combines local roots with high-tech skill as the lead of our CAD Department. A talented Goldsmith and CAD Designer, Phil has spent the last four years turning digital concepts into timeless treasures, blending modern technology with traditional craftsmanship.
