About Us

Rutledge Jewellers is a small family run jewellery store offering the highest levels of customer service, expertise and selection. Recently Rutledge Jewellers joined the American Gem Society and as a result, are part of the highest level of ethical standards in the jewellery industry today.
The store is located in Uxbridge, Ontario, and is always growing and developing new opportunities. Currently in the need for help in the retail store, and working and branding a specific division within the store, that is recognizing significant growth.
  • Ordering and managing all PANDORA inventory using the guidelines and tools PANDORA provides including inventory for specific promotions, seasonal drops, customer requests and store inventory based on requirements of Rutledge Jewellers with respect to budget
  • Understanding and using thePANDORA POD, the PANDORA Cloud and the PANDORA Marketing Centre to consistently train and keep up to date on PANDORA requirements
  • Making sure all PANDORA promotions and guidelines are implemented on time and all staff are knowledgeable and trained for every event
  • Properly displaying all inventory in accordance with PANDORA’s guidelines
  • Ordering, receiving and maintaining all POS materials, including boxes, bags, polishing cloths etc.
  • Continuously training on the PANDORA marketing strategies for each drop or campaign, as well as being able to use the strategies that will work best for Rutledge Jewellers in the small town of Uxbridge
  • Work closely with the marketing company on social networks, print material in preparation of flyers, helping with website design and ultimately branding the department and ensuring it follows PANDORA’s rules, and recognizing it’s success
  • Attending PANDORA offsite training and meetings
  • Sales and Customer Service for all departments
  • Inventory Control for all departments
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
  • PANDORA and jewellery sales an asset
  • Sales experience
  • Strong people skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Able to complete tasks on time
  • Self starter
  • Willingness to invest time in building a brand under the direction of ownership
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to assume responsibility and to interface and communicate effectively with others
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to represent the company and team in a professional manner to clients, customers, related staff and the community
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Ontario
